What is Agent Trace?

What does 'Agent Trace' mean?

An agent trace is the ordered record of one complete agent run: the request that started it, every model call, every retrieval, every action the agent took, what each returned, and the answer it finished on. It is the object this whole category is built around. Without it an agent failure is a report with no evidence, because application logs keep the final answer and throw away the reasoning that produced it.
