Older product was better, support is poor

Having been a long term user of one of the older versions of ConnectWise that we self hosted we found the solution excellent and easy to use. Recently we decided to upgrade our licence to use some of the new features, in particular android support but this is where things went wrong. Easy and fast remote access

What do you like best? What is the most helpful? It's easy to setup a remote session, the client is a small download, remote session feels fast. What do you dislike? What is the least helpful? This was a great service at first until…

This was a great service at first until 6 months into my license which I paid for 1 year in advance they started to take away my features. I inquired about it and to get the sound feature back I needed to upgrade my license and they would not honor it. That is down right dirty reminds of a used car salesman. Go with NinjaRMM

Stay Away

I have been spending the last 8 months trying to cancel add-on software for this that was never used or purchased. They keep giving us new information and things to do. Product is not bad when you get used to it, but the billing department, cancellations department are not worth the fight. stay away.

I needed a cost effective solution to be able to remotely troubleshoot issues both from within our network, and from outside. ConnectWise is working incredibly for me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The screen connect works great except…

The screen connect works great except it would be better if the activate remote printing could stay on, it goes off and then it takes a few tries to get the remote printer to appear as a choice.

This Software is Awesome

I use Connectwise Control 3 ways. I use it at work to support 80 machines and 2 terminal servers. We also use it to support our customers when needed with invites and at home I use a free account to set up video calls to my elderly parents during covid lockdowns. It always works and It works well. With 2 factor logins and agents always running and ready to log in to Remote control has never been so low profile and reliable. This software is awesome.
