Previously we have used the ConnectWise…
Previously we have used the ConnectWise on-premise solution for 5 years but we have some issues as we grow in clients (high latency, lost of connections, blackout periods). We moved to the cloud solution one year ago and since then we did not experience any issue. Currently we can work with thousands of remote machines without problem and very secure. The support and commercial team of ConnectWise helped us a lot for the migration. 100% recommended service.

The Make or Break of My Job!
It has been the make or break part of us being able to continue to provide our service and manage shifts! The security level of the software is high as well and my hope is that you all continue to make it even better so our workers and clients continue to feel comfortable.

ConnectWise has become an indispensable…
ConnectWise has become an indispensable part of our web-based business. This became especially true when the world descended into the chaos caused by COVID-19. Being able to do accounting, web editing, and QC data analysis remotely saved us significant time and money while protecting our employees and keeping our workplace safer. It works so well that Director of Accounting now works about 75% from home. Wish I could do the same.

RUN!!
Don't believe in the "dedicated team" assigned to your account marketing. They all answer the same "partner" e-mail and a different person gets assigned EACH TIME. They will close the case until you reopen it and this will go on for months! There is NO way to reach a finance person. Best bet is to open a NOC ticket and keep them on the line until they escalate to the partner team. Even then they will try to hand it off and get back to you later.

ConectWise are terrible for finance queries
ConectWise are terrible id there is a finance query - its never a good sign when the Finance team cannot be contacted, even by email. If they had confidence they were correct then they would be willing to get questions and queries and resolve them

ConnectWise support is terrible
ConnectWise support is terrible - It is impossible to get a hold of a live person. Issues that can be resolved in minutes with a phone call take days to resolve via the email ticket system.Even calling your account rep is the same - no one answers the phone.

Connectwise has been great
Connectwise has been great. It has allowed both the IT department and users to work remotely to work effectively. It increased the responsiveness of the IT department and lowered the time to respond to an issue.

ConnectWise Control a great way to Remote Access
What do you like best? What I like best about ConnectWise Control is it's ease of use and deployment. It's also very light weight and can run on multiple platforms, including iOS and Android. Another think that I like about ConnectWise Control is the ability to push commands and scripts to help automate and resolve issues in the background so as to not interrupt clients.
