I have found the application very useful

I have found the application very useful with providing IT support to users as well as accessing my servers for maintenance, the main issue I have is you cannot use elevated commands or UAC which in a large company as ours is becomes very important as our users do not have admin access on their machines. will be a major improvement if they can put this feature in.

The price is right

The price is right. However no native application means you're at the mercy of the web browser on a clunky remote application. The mobile app is just shamefully bad.

Good Product... Terrible Company

Terrible organization and the only way to get answers is to contact multiple people multiple times. Took them over 3 weeks to get us set up in their system with constant broken promises and bad communication. I blame the company, not the product. The product itself is pretty good, especially for the price but a ton of headache to get set up. They make you feel like they couldn't care less about your business.

I find ConnectWise Control to be easy to use and install and it works better on slow connections than a lot of other products.

Happy with ConnectWise

We switched to ConnectWise a year and a half ago. We moved close to 500 screens over. We have been very satisfied and some features such as the Command Prompt from the Main screen and the individual screen low bandwidth screenshots are great and very useful. Way better than our previous platform. We also script some Groups and that is very useful for organization. The same screens can be grouped multiple ways. Recommend!

I use ConnectWise control for some administration and our employees use it for remote access. This program delivers a remote desktop experience with many more features than some others I use. Sending individual commands to cmd.exe without even opening a full session is very useful. Using [Backstage] is also very useful. I appreciate being able to take screenshots, recording the monitor output, and easily transferring files to and from the guest. MFA is appreciated - thank you!
