ConnectWise ScreenConnect has always served my company well. We use it to support our clients around the world and find it to be the most robust and well thought out of the available options out there for both managed and on-the-fly remote sessions.

Easy to implement

Imperative to our daily operation

Just works.

Just works.I have found that ConnectWise Control is fast, effective, easy to configure and easy for the customer to understand.I use it for both managed technical support connections, and being able to connect and support a new computer on-the-fly, it handles both easily.

Glad to be a ConnectWise customer....

Over the years I have used several remote support software offerings including MS-native Remote Desktop. While there are similarities between them all, ConnectWise has provided me with a more than ample try before you buy (free) service that encouraged me to opt for a paid account. The audit/tracking features are superior in detail and ease of use to any of the other services I have used.As with most of them, I feel the service is pricey, but it is in line with the the others.

The ConnectWise CONTROL platform is fabulous, however, ConnectWise is a horrendous company with horrible support that doesn't care one bit about its customers. They get you then they rape you.

Missing functionality

We have purchased the Premium subscription of CW. We need the VNC bridge functionality, but it is only available in the Access subscription. The product itself is good (would have given 5 starts), but when needed functionality is not available in the premium version, I rate it down
