Working great for our Remote work teams…
Working great for our Remote work teams since the pandemic. Dual Screens, printing, chat very helpful. Training Videos help at home workers. Admin tools are very helpful for working on multiple computers while multitasking.

Excellent software!!!
Excellent software!!! I've been working with Control for more than 2 years and I haven't had any issues at all. Only a few times I had to call support who were incredibly attentive. What else can you ask for? Thanks guys! Wonderful job.

The Best Remote Support Service Out There
Of all the remote-desktop-type services I've used, Screenconnect is leaps ahead of all the rest. It's fast, reliable, has a very friendly user interface, and just works great! Connections are highly resistant to packet loss, so if you're stuck working on someone's machine with less than ideal network conditions, it still works great. ConnectWise (formally known as ScreenConnect) simply works. The only suggestion is that sometimes their 2FA requires me to do the verification process 2 times in a row.
