Comes with a lot of features and affordble too!
PROS: We get to record all of our sessions. We're slowly creating an internal training library for our staff according to the training/support sessions. This time around, our clients can swiftly and easily connect using any smart device, desktop PC/laptop (Linux and Windows), and Mac. CONS: The admin area could use a fresh, modern UI upgrade. It doesn't seem to be intuitive in doing things. For instance, it's hard to add in a new user. It also appears as if the admin area is the only place ...

ConnectWise is the best remote assistant application. Nothing like it in the market and always dependable. Easy to use and very reasonably priced. It is the real deal, no doubt.

Connectwise was a game changer for us
We use connectwise to work remotely, log onto our client's computers or provide temporary support. We can print, use dual screens, connect remotely to our computer and a client's at the same time. I have even connected remotely to my staff's computers in my office so we can both see what is going and either of us can control the computer. It is a great tool to have! We use Connectwise on a daily basis.
