We returned to Screen Connect
We have tried other remote control tools like ManageEngine and TeamViewer. We went back to Screen Connect and are happy once again.

A solid remote assistance product
Connectwise is easy to use, secure, and end users adapt to it very well. The feature to remote view a cell phone is also particularly helpful, and the pricing is reasonable.

The Best Remote Access Software
This Software is by far the best in class. All the features you could possibly need to work efficiently. I'm currently only using the free edition as I only need it for one computer but it is amazing even with the limited license. Thank you for all your hard work and support of such a wonderful product!!!

Connectwise is a great lightweight…
Connectwise is a great lightweight program for administrators to oversee and help users with pc problems. I have thoroughly enjoyed the program. It is lightweight, installs rather quickly from our share drive. I love being able to be anywhere to help logon and fix quick issues from my users pc's. There are different tiers of this software that Connectwise allows you to demo periodically. I enjoy using the perks of the added tiers when they become available but run 150 + pc's with just the ...

Keep up the Good Work
I really like the way this setup works it is a most reliable way to provide our clients with remote support and sure saves me a lot of service calls that I would otherwise be making site visits for Way to go Screen Connect you are my Hero! :-)
