CleverTap Review- A tool that suits the needs of every scale
What do you like best? CleverTap’s RFM feature has been helping us a lot to automatically segment users based on their actions in the app. I’ve been using this for a lot of our customers for analytics. Best tool for push notifications
What do you like best? For all our customers, we’d set up their engagement and marketing campaigns to go out through CleverTap. My most used feature would be A/B testing in push notifications. It is easy to use and the learning curve is not at all steep. What do you dislike? None. Though there’s always scope for improvement! An all-you-need analytics suite for growing startups
What do you like best? What I like best is I haven't needed to look at any other analytics tool since we brought in Clevertap. Except for measuring session time which is overall becoming difficult & attribution analytics, Clevertap has literally everything under the sun & it is definitely the most robust tool we have used in the last 3 years. Marketing Automation at its best
What do you like best? We love Event Design capability the best. It helps us bucket events according to business processes easily. What do you dislike? We have not had any major issues. For any minor issues that we have raised concerns the response is very quick and helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have multiple interactions on our app screen at a time, all of which are well captured and segmented with CleverTap.

Very helpful platform to manage multiple touchpoints
What do you like best? Very simple, intuitive UI and good analytical insight for our marketing efforts. What do you dislike? Couldn't say much. We had a problem with integration for a bit but it is finally solved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This allow us to focus more on our marketing strategy rather than busy maintaining multiple channels.

Great customer service and extremely easy to integrate.
What do you like best? The short campaigns and the quick cohorts. What do you dislike? user funnel is a bit complicated and not very intuitive and the lack of edit functionality after publish is a bit frustrating. Recommendations to others considering the product: We are getting new features by the month, while implementation keeps very easy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? onboarding, engagement and attribution.

Best tool for Mobile and Web Marketing
What do you like best? For us the overall experience with CleverTap was excellent. Their customer support is great. What do you dislike? Nothing that i can think if. Great customer service
What do you like best? The fact that once we requested a custom proposal, we got one immediately. What do you dislike? Overall, the prices are rather north, meaning it costs too much to use.
