What do you like best? Love the new dashboard in ChurnZero that allows me to have a bird's eye view of how my book of clients are doing. Excellent tool that every customer success team should use
What do you like best? What I like most is that I am able to use one platform for all of my teams needs. We use to have 3 different tools for campaigns, gathering data and logging activities. What do you like best? The Journeys and automated Plays are my favorite parts of ChurnZero. The ability to automate our process to onboard customers has been huge for our team. What do you dislike? Many of our customer touch points require us to email multiple stakeholders at once. With ChurnZero, we have to send these messages individually, which makes it a bit more difficult to track the follow up conversation. What do you like best? Journeys: This tool has help us to increase our daily productivity and to keep our tasks on focus. What do you dislike? Second try at a Client Success Software and these guys get it right
What do you like best? Although I am very impressed with the thoughtfulness of how the software was designed, I am most impressed with their client success process onboarding. It seems that this should be a given in the industry but it isn't. This company plays the long game with its customers and I truly appreciate it.
