What do you like best? I love that ChurnZero allows me to engage with my customers, in a ton of different ways, within 1 platform. I can easily keep track of usage metrics, send mail merges, track my renewals all from their dashboards and playbooks. What do you dislike? There's not much that we dislike about using ChurnZero. ChurnZero has been so great to work with!

What do you like best? I have really enjoyed the service at ChurnZero. Our implementation and customer success reps have both been so diligent and very consistent in their outreach. They have also been very thoughtful in their responses to all of our questions and always make sure to get the best solution for our company. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ChurnZero makes internal reporting easy; I'm able to create reports on segments, features enabled, churnscore, etc. The churnscore is customizable per segment, allowing you to weight different metrics for different tiers of customers. Powerful tool that can be used by a small team

What do you like best? We love having a system that can finally show us user metrics in a way that fits our Customer Success team. As we scale our company, we've found that looking at data in multiple places is a really good way to lose things, and we haven't been able to put any renewals process into place prior to using CZ.
