One of the best customer success platforms out there
What do you like best? ChurnZero does so many things well with customer success and account management but where it really stands out to me is the segmentation and automation capabilities. You have so much data and insights available at your fingertips, all while reducing the amount of other apps you need to access since the integrations are so tightly woven into your ChurnZero dashboard. New to Churnzero but now spend most of my day using the platform
What do you like best? Since we have launched Churnzero, it's great to see our customer health, tasks due, reminders, etc all in one place. We also use SFDC and it's a perfect complement. It really helps to start each day knowing which tasks we need to focus on for the day. What do you dislike? It reduces my time investment and lets me focus on the more important things
What do you like best? Creating segments to identify heavy users, sending e-mails through plays to safe time and creating in-app announcements to inform about new features What do you dislike? I've used the other CS tools and I'm a fan of ChurnZero!
What do you like best? I have found managing my 200 plus customer much more manageable with the use of plays and journey to help automate emails and tasks. What do you dislike? There have not been any dislikes, like any new technology, it takes time to adapt to my everyday. With that said, it is quickly becoming a muscle memory! Easy to use interface that allows for streamlined automation to boost existing customer growth
What do you like best? I'm a big fan of their automation capabilities and alerts on clients. The interface is easily navigable, and the turn around time from starting out as a new user to be come a power user is fairly short. What do you dislike? Wonderful Product Incredibly Helpful
What do you like best? The ability to monitor all my clients activity from 1 platform. Being in a SaaS company it is vitally important to know how and when my customers are using our platform in order to take advantage of a pattern in which I see an upsell opportunity or to save a customer from churning by seeing a decline in usage before the renewal date. Exact tech for our company needs
What do you like best? This allows us to automate customer implementations rather than running manually managed spreadsheets that had to be updated too often to remain efficient. We are able to isolate different steps that are taking longer and make sure we are focused on those while continuing the rest of the implementation journey so nothing is being held up. What do you like best? I really like that ChurnZero allows me to quickly see alerts associated with my accounts, see an overall dashboard for all accounts, and also look up any account to get a ton of information about overall health, users/usage, as well as a ton of other details. Makes my life easier
What do you like best? I like that CZ is basically a one stop shop for me and my team.
