What do you like best? The implementation, support, and training with the Churnzero team were fantastic. From the sales process to launch, the team is professional, patient and responsive. A simple, yet powerful tool

What do you like best? I absolutely love how easy it was to get started with ChurnZero. My organization has used it for a while, however, i am a recent new hire. Learning the system, how it works and how it can be personalized to your workflow took less than an hour! What do you dislike? No dislikes on this side! Life changing - you'll never look back!

What do you like best? Alerts. I absolutely love alerts. Whenever my customer raises a ticket in Freshdesk, it helps me stay on top of my ticket and reach out to them proactively. What do you dislike? It will be great if you can provide an inapp tutorial on how to use various features. Like a demo tutorial for each module (a short one is good).
