What do you like best? They added the ability to track your own events via the user interface. This allowed me to track folks that were landing on individual pages or clicking on certain buttons/links. It is really easy to create segments/audiences and then target them with "plays". What do you like best? The view on the calendar is great and you can have access directly to all the features to log your activities from there. What do you like best? It allows us for the first time in my 5 years managing client success to be proactive and reach our to clients that are at risk for not renweing.
