Very helpful tool to combine all our outreach/tracking in one place
What do you like best? With this tool, we can easily segment our client base to target those who need action. What do you like best? They added the ability to track your own events via the user interface. This allowed me to track folks that were landing on individual pages or clicking on certain buttons/links. It is really easy to create segments/audiences and then target them with "plays". Very intuitive and easy to use tool
What do you like best? The view on the calendar is great and you can have access directly to all the features to log your activities from there. Although it is hard to create segments if you are not used to the tool. Everything we've been looking for in client success!
What do you like best? It allows us for the first time in my 5 years managing client success to be proactive and reach our to clients that are at risk for not renweing. I also love the automation through setting up plays... it's such a time saver! In the past, we've had fairly easy processes that we just couldn't automate and now with ChurnZero, we can. Great Client Success Tool
What do you like best? The dashboards, segments and plays are the most critical tools for our success. Automation is key to helping with efficiency, so having a tool that can alert issues and even send content is very beneficial. What do you dislike?
