What do you like best about ChurnZero? There are no current CSM solutions for the transportation business, but CZ was able to take their product and have it adapt to our unique needs. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Favorite things about ChurnZero - incredibly helpful CRM capabilities. It makes tracking calls, tasks, and keeping in contact with clients so easy. Love the customizable dashboards and journeys as well. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I honestly don't have anything that comes to mind as far as dislikes. What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero's staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their video training and articles are very helpful too. They have great intuitive features. Their integrations have made quick adoption of the product as well has helped to keep multiple systems in sync with the same information. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Simple Easy to Use Integration is seamless Implementation process was smooth Infact Great hand holding process during evaluations Turn Around time is awesome by the CSM with valuable suggestions What do you dislike about ChurnZero?
