What do you like best about ChurnZero? Love the ability to see aggregate data on my clients, turn client journeys with us into trackable stages, see all client activities at a glance. Great Tool. "Great product, even better service!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? They do customer success extremely well! We have never had a dedicated customer success tool at our organization until ChurnZero. From day everyone at ChurnZero that we worked with were in our corner ready to consult, guide, and help. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I find the ability to create segments and look at specific information for my accounts is most helpful. I also appreciate the flexibility to create custom dashboards within ChurnZero. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Not much. What do you like best about ChurnZero? Creating journeys for onboarding clients is great. You can easily assign tasks to other colleagues. What do you like best about ChurnZero? The ease of creating and completing tasks is very helpful. I appreciate how each company and contact has account details and all information in one place. What do you like best about ChurnZero? I enjoy how easy and customizable tasks are. Surveying customers with the use of plays is simple and effective!
