What do you like best about ChurnZero? Email automation, task tracking, information tracking and flexibility. "BEST CSM platform - like OMG!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I can manage all my accounts in one place, it integrates seamlessly with SalesForce and ultimately has become my source of truth. One of my favorite features is using the "plays" feature to automate things we would have had to perform manually and the ability to track the health of all my customers to that I can act swiftly when needed. "Experience has been good so far."

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churn Zero has a lot of features. The most helpful is the ability to create segments and filters. As an account manager, I can sort my account better and communicate with my customers effectively. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Some features in Churn Zero are not readily available for my usage, and I have to reach out to my higher-ups to grant me access. What do you like best about ChurnZero? There are no current CSM solutions for the transportation business, but CZ was able to take their product and have it adapt to our unique needs.
