"Great tool and resource"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Love how much easier this tool has made my job! Easier to track my accounts, easier to log activities and notes. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? There isn't anything that I dislike. I am also a fairly new user so still learning the ins and outs of the tool. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping organizing my work and make it more efficient.

"My experience with CZ has been very insightful"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Automation and continuous support from Jessie and Erica. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? That you cannot see the sent emails in the sent box in Gmail. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? CZ is helping us to scale our customer success team by automating our processes.

"Customer Management Made Easy!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero's health scoring has helped me manage my accounts to fight churn and get in front of conversations for at risk accounts. I am able to see everything that is going within an account at a holistic view, and identify the areas that are falling due to the Churn / Health Score. What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero helps me automate regularly scheduled and triggered plays and journeys for an average of 1600+ accounts per rep. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? "UI/UX and Documentation"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Friendly UI/UX and easily integrate with our core app. I also like the dev console. Easy to spot errors. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? Lack of examples for integrations. Cannot config authentication endpoint Urls for different environments (product, staging, qa, dev, local) What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? "The best customer service - hands down!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? We are in the beginning stages of using ChurnZero, and we have had nothing be excellent service from our implementation rep to our CSM. It was a big reason we chose ChurnZero in the first place - we knew we would need some hand-holding and some expertise.
