"ChurnZero transforms the CSM experience"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I really enjoy all the different segments and unique plays you can build. My favorite is the product usage and insight I would've LOVED having at my last company. Knowing where they use the product, how often and seeing the automation in how it pulls into the Churn Score is huge. "The "secret weapon" for CSM Teams"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is a one stop shop when it comes to all the tasks that customer success managers do on a day to day basis. I love how I can send bulk emails, in app announcements, run reports (segments) and much more all in the same solution. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? "I could not live without ChurnZero"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? All the notes and information you can register on a customer's profile makes my day a million times easier. I can have easy access to all their history and necessary information.
