"Great for tracking!"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love that ChurnZero allows me to track usage, view contacts, emails, notes, etc. Basically, everything I need is in one place and I'm able to get a snapshot of each account. "Best platform for creating a stronger, more effective and efficient CS team"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero has an incredible platform that I have brought on and used across multiple CS teams! It allows managers to see across all clients, understand client health better, and allow for more standardization across serving clients and forecasting revenue. What do you like best about ChurnZero? ChurnZero is easy to use and implementation was quick! The flexibility I have to view the entire customer journey and health with data from multiple systems is awesome. "Great tool for CSMs"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? I love the ease of the tool, very easy to navigate and very easy to learn how to use. What do you dislike about ChurnZero? I honestly cannot think of anything bad. Their team is very open to feedback for product updates which is great. What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me to stay on top of all of my accounts. The journeys and playbooks are super helpful and easy to manage.

"Saves time as a schedule-packed CSM"

What do you like best about ChurnZero? Churn Zero can be a bit much to grasp at first, but with practice, it's incredibly logically-based and user-friendly, and allows room for business customization.
