I'd give a zero rating.

I can't give this company a low enough ranking. They boast free ATM's. The free ATM closest to me has been out of order for months. Next closest one charges me $3 on the spot then Chime charges me $2.50 for not using one of theirs.

Well, let's begin with the fact that you can't get anybody. You can fully understand because they barely speak english and then they always act like you're guilty of something even when you're just calling for any reason at all to top it off. The worst customer service

Chime has been a nightmare. They never provide proof of their so-called investigations when you dispute charges. They always deny disputes, and it takes forever to get a refund—up to 10 days! Feels like they’re just using your money to rack up interest. I had two transactions stolen, filed a police report, and they still insisted I made them. I've had a horrible experience with chime so far. I've been charged twice for the same purchase multiple times. Or I have been charged for a purchase I've clearly made, only to have it refunded a few days later for whatever reason only to be charged again at a later date with no explanation as for why the orignal charge was refunded in the first place. Chime is a good go to card to get your money fast sometimes. Over the last year I have had lots of problems with chime. Ordering debit cards and not receiving them, not getting a tracking number which is not safe for me the customer. Chime changes their policies and procedures without notifying anyone.
