Customer Service is horrific.

I’ve been on the phone for 3 hours now. Reps have hung up on me because they can’t answer my question about MyPay. Apparently they have a system that does things they have no control over. And when I call all the reps are throwing their hands up but yet this is what Chime offers. How do you have no control over a system you offer?? Thieving

Company takes your paycheck from big payroll service, in my case ADP, and doesn't give it you. After taking your money they give you no real way to resolve the issue. Thieving is what its called

Extra money

I like chime but I think it’s very stupid on the new part where they allow you so much extra money but then when you get paid and they take it back they only allow a little amount each day to get back again so they take all you owe at once and don’t even allow you to get it back at once

Horrible

Horrible! I got rid of them and they sent me an email saying sorry we're leaving you......there's no such thing on this app regarding the "advance". You have to jump through hoops and it's not worth it. I was so frustrated because they wanted me to do all these other things and I just wanted the advance! IT'S A RIPOFF

I wish I could put no stars

I wish I could put no stars for their customer service. Bunch of liars. Closed my card down without my permission then want to say I told them to do it because of a dispute. I never gave them permission to do anything now I have to wait 3 weeks for a card I didn't request and can't pay my bills or get gas or groceries because of this. I record all conversations to businesses just incase they want to call themselves reading back a transcript putting words in the customers mouth and I never ...

Chime offers these amazing sign-ups bonuses. My friend referred me and, despite using her link to sign up, neither of us received the bonus. When I contacted Chime to find out why, even tho they acknowledged that I had never had an account open, never received their service, that in 2020, FOUR YEARS AGO I had "attempted" to open an account, but could not complete it bc my phone number couldn't be verified at the time. No customer service at all!! Never can fix a problem by calling?! They always have to email somebody else and then 3 days later you hear nothing enough to call back again? Opened an account today funds are held hostage

Opened an account today and had funds deposited. Didn’t know before opening the account you cannot transfer or withdrawl the funds until your card arrives in the mail. It will be two weeks before the card arrives and the funds are available to be transferred. I will not use Chime in the future
