The worst customer Service I have ever encountered

I signed up for a service called Adobe, Inc. in May. I cancelled on 06/17/24 which was verfied by them by a confirmation email. In July, Adobe charged by account $21.24. I contacted them to confirm cancellation and told Chime to block them from being paid on my account. They agreed. In August another $21.24 came thru it was denied by Chime but paid them anyway. Chime stole forty dollars from me.

I have used Chime for several years now, and had a great experience. The credit builder card is great. There is no-fee overdraft. There is a payday advance. My name is Mark Crawford, and a couple weeks ago, I tried to use an ATM and CVS pharmacy near my hospital in New York. The intended withdrawal amount was $40.00. Mypay

I have been with chime for years. They had the Mypay option a few months back and ended in May. This feature was very useful for my life. Now they have restarted the my pay and honestly I'm so angry with how it is. I am making more than I was and my credit limit is only 100 of my pay. I used to be getting 500 of an advance and now it's only 100. No one is sure of what that is and I think that is a messed up method.

Chime is not a real bank

Chime is not a real bank. They are unable to investigate issues with their infrastructure. If your money gets lost, they will just keep the ticket open for 6 months before denying it and pocketing your money.

Someone stole my bill folder and got access to my chime card and withdrawed money from a couple of atm's and they do want to replace my money if I don't get my money back I'm going to sue them

Someone stole my bill folder and got access to my chime card and went to a couple of atm's and withdrawed money from my account and now they don't want to replace the money and I'm going to take further actions which is sue their asses from being unprofessional and not haveing a good investigational team

The MyPay is an actual joke

The MyPay is an actual joke, they change the amount every paycheck and there is no real logic to it. They raise it 100 to cut it 150 the next time. One time they raised it then the next check which was bigger they cut it 150. Customer service is a joke, one person said sorry that happened I understand we will have it fixed back to the previous amount in a few days..nothing. Chime is a joke. I took 20 of my card and the atm gave a 20 cut in half took a picture and the lady at the counter said dispute it with your bank as I gave what I got to her and I did contact them and so very unhelpful. I've banked with for years and this is what u do. I have pictures to prove it and I contact them but it was just immediately no. SCREW CHIME!!!!!!!!
