Chime is the very, very worst for personal banking.

Chime is great - until I need to deposit money. Even at the places that have "free" deposits on their Cash Map, and even though I have a $1000 limit for deposits, these retailers are charging $4.95 per transaction, and limiting my deposit below my Chime limit. The Chime ATM doesn't accept deposits. I am being charged $50 for ten $300 deposits over 10 days to get my apron-string money from my husband deposited into my Chime bank account. I had Chime for a little over 2 years…

I had Chime for a little over 2 years an no problems. I lost my job and they closed my account. I had a positive balance. When I called to find out the reason why my account was being closed I was told that they could not release that information. Why not?!? I have done proven this was my account. I have nothing but great things to say about chime! They are amazing and are always on top of things like catching fraudulent transactions before it happens! I love my Chime! They really are the best!!!!!

I spent three weeks trying to get my…

I spent three weeks trying to get my account unblocked only to get it unblocked within 30 min it was blocked again. Then had to wait 8 hours to review my information.unfortionally they seemed shocked I closed my account. Well it took me 3weeks sending documents to get it unblocked.will not telling anyone to use chime I am so stressed over this and there apologies mean nothing.got tired of hereing it. And there music stinks too!!¡!!!!

Chime SUCKS!!!

Chime closed my account because I had a large deposit come in to my acct. They told me I had to show them a paystub to verify the deposit and I explained to them that the deposit didn't come from an employer. I showed them the email from where the deposit came from. It was a legit deposit and they still closed my account. I bank with navy federal and deposits come in from this company all the time and Navy federal had never questioned my deposits and they are a federal bank. Everytime I try ...

“Run for the Hills”! Chime Sucks!

Yes, chime does really suck. They were great until my direct deposit stopped. Not helpful or willing to stop a mobile check deposit that was ‘all of a sudden’ going to take over a week to clear. I think it was because I had stopped my one direct deposit and hadn’t been able to start the new one, which by the way was their fault as well.
