Chime keeps money and denies disputes

Generally speaking Chime was ok, no real issues until recently. From reading others complaints, it's a commonality to have errors, file a dispute and they deny it so they keep the money! I filed a dispute for a transfer, the person said they didn't get it, it shows on my account it was paid. So how can they deny that the payer said they did not receive the money, it's suppose to have been returned to the bank, but I don't have it either. How many thousands do they make just by keeping our money?

Once money leaves, it’s gone.

Depositing is easy and so is the check cash feature with same day deposits. Never had issue with getting my paycheck early via direct deposit. Why the 1 star, because if you ever get any fraudulent activity or purchase something that requires a refund that they company refuses to give you, then consider the money gone. Move on and consider it an experience. Their customer service is outsourced and they use zendesk for their chat and regardless how much documentation you have, they deny it. ...

Worst customer service ever sat on the line for five hours with absolutely any help when I finally was assisted the first guy hung up on me after I got a hold of a guy, he couldn’t even view my transactions which is crazy seeing how I can do it and I don’t work there finally wanted to update my phone number, but was told I had to send them a link of my ID picture just to update my phone number while I’m working finally got a hold of another guy for a dispute which pretty much they told me ...

You people are the worst yall told me when I signed up with chime that If I have a deposit over $200 for two months my spot me would go from $20 to $200 that's false advertisement and I'm going to report you to the BBB and my lawyer already has been contacted for yall lies. I will be taking my business elsewhere

Chime allowed an unknown merchant to…

Chime allowed an unknown merchant to take 80 percent of my money out of my account fraudulently. I physically had my card no one has my card number number or pin and while I was at work they allowed an unknown merchant to take money from me. They then told me it will take 90 to 100 days to process my dispute. It’s just horrible.
