Chime allowed an unknown merchant to…

Chime allowed an unknown merchant to take 80 percent of my money out of my account fraudulently. I physically had my card no one has my card number number or pin and while I was at work they allowed an unknown merchant to take money from me. They then told me it will take 90 to 100 days to process my dispute. It’s just horrible.

I believe the company can b3 more beneficial to the people they serve by making two security questions or another way to prove our identity if you're i.d. has been lost or stolen instead of being locked away from my funds until I can get another i.d. card

WARNING! Deposit money, get suspended

I recently opened a chime account so my tenants could send money to me. Worse mistake. Everything was fine when I opened it they sent me a message congratulating me they verified my linked account as well as told me my debit card was coming. My tenant deposit $500. I wait for it to go to my linked account. Never happened I get a email saying my account is suspended. I call customer service, no help, rude and just read a script over and over. All I want is my money I’m glad it’s suspended I ...

I got scammed 300$ was taken out my account with chime. I filled a dispute and chime denied the dispute and the scammers took my money. That could have been a older person getting money taken out there account.

One of the best online banking apps…

One of the best online banking apps I've used. I've only had chime for a month now but it is very easy and quick to use. Chime offers a credit builder that will help you build credit if you have struggled to find a place to build credit (like I have). I could not recommend a better online banking app to use.

The simplicity and ease of access is…

The simplicity and ease of access is what makes chime great. The customer support feedback could be quicker but other than that I don't really have any complaints. Oh and make more ATM's please
