Do not trust that they will correct any…

Do not trust that they will correct any errors with your checking account when disputed. Twice as of today, they did not fix my errors on my account correctly. The first time was back in April 2021 that put my account negative because someone used my account for Bitcoin that I don't even have an account for. The second time was January 2023 where I placed two orders through ubereats and they charged me a total of 6 times for two orders ($27.37 and $67.21). I provided the evidence and Chime ...

Chime was used as a online banking…

Chime was used as a online banking source for the government to make contact with people who had no bank, or off the grid. So they could receive pandemic checks in 2020. Then chime started closing accounts for reasons they won't disclose. Keeping your money and personal files. Like your ledgers and bank statements. I have contacted everyone. I have been with chime for years. Traveleuro a fake website to reserve hotel rooms took my money in January. I made a dispute with chime. They going to say they don’t see a problem. Chime is a liar. and a thief. They have lost my business after this month.

Worse app to evolve

Worse app to evolve. They guarantee you’ll receive it sooner but you don’t. Even if you upload a check it takes days to process and longer to be available. I’d rather go to a cashing check center for now on.

Customer service suck and Their policies

I tried to change my email. The lady asked me to send her my ID and everything else like really. You didn't ask me for an id when I opened my account. But you wanted to get hit and ask me for an ID to change an email. Many people hacked it and there's no way around it. I would not recommend this card. It's a it's not a credit builder. It doesn't do anything but take your money. Do not trust them. This is one horrible card. I rather use netspend.

My experience has been horrible. I have been hung up on. I've been told card can not be delivered to my home because it's not a mailable address after 4 attempts. I get mail to my home everyday but Chime says I do not have a mailable address. So I had to have it delivered to my boyfriend's house. I have issues with my direct deposit. The agents can't help me with anything. They have no answers. It took 2 weeks to finally reach a supervisor who gave me answers and helped with both situations ...
