Importance of using chime
I been using chime for 26 months now and any time I have problems and need answers they are very helpful. I like that I get paid earlier on my monthly check and the spot me app is also good

They are the worst company ever
They are the worst company ever I beg you if you have any money in your account removed it Their customer services sucks They rep can’t never help They always have to send emails They out your family at high risk so please don’t bank with them

Great Experience Turned Sour & Buggy
Chime started out as a great bank (customer since 2020), and that's saying a lot because I switched from a credit union. Over time though, they began rolling out buggy feature after buggy feature, taking months to get features working correctly. Given that this is people's money they are playing with, every feature should be fully functional the day it is rolled out. I'm sick and tired of broken/buggy features, updates that break working features, and customer service that has no power to ...

Chime said I could get 100 dollar…
Chime said I could get 100 dollar referral for my daughter and myself after setting up direct deposit What they failed to say is I couldn't get the referral without the referral link.After calling and being told I would get the referral by chat when I chatted and called back I was given a definite I can not get referral bonus because we did not use the link.Thank you very much chime goodbye.

Stop lying to people. Never will get up to 200.00 over draft that is the truth believe me no way and hell yall give people 200.00 overdraft even if its a qualifying so Chime is not being honest about certin things

Everything Riverdale
Everything, what inspired me to switch to Chime for my direct deposit was that being a Riverdale fan. Riverdale was a series based on Archie Comics. I saw a couple of episodes in one episode Cheryl Blossom (Madeleine Petsch) sent a boost to a friend and in another episode, Archie Andrews (KJ Apa) produced his Chime card after paying for a meal at Pop's Diner. Never under estimate the power of celebrity endorsement!
