Their policy is to lie to you then hang up, you can't understand most of their employees
They are are holding my balance under a pending transaction. After calling and visiting the merchant I was shown it had been released days prior. 4 different Chime agents insisted it was the merchant so I requested a manager where they all immediately hung up on me. So they lied multiple times which is obviously policy and hung up multiple times also obviously policy. They're a load of crap. It's been days and still no change

Chime is so useless you cannot use it…
Chime is so useless you cannot use it has a real bank. Most app even zello don’t have chime. Whenever you file a dispute and it was unauthorized , they will say it was authorized and close the dispute. You can never visit a branch. Customer service support is all in India. You can’t use it to get a loan, I’ve had this bank for 4 years I don’t know why.

Love Chime!
I have to say I'm confused by the low reviews. I've had Chime for a few years now and have always loved it! Not having to pay a $30+ fee for a few buck oversight is amazing! Boosting friends, sending money to them, moving money between accounts and so much more is so easy! I love that you can turn off your cards individually within the app and back on whenever needed. I love the credit builder card for budgeting and for little boosts for on time payments to the bureaus. I've even had to ...

I have warned everyone I know trying to improve their credit to stay away from this. My credit dropped from a 660 to a 580 in one single day just for opening the credit builder account. Biggest mistake of the year was switching to them.

Chime is the worst don't waste your time.
Don't expect chime to help you when your money starts dissappearing.
