Chime is good, just be straight up with your information
I like chime..I have no problem with them at all but one...it says when you sign up and have one direct deposit over $200 that you get $200 in overdraft....not true!they also don't tell you that after 2 deposits a screen pops up asking you to tip so everyone can get spot me...smh that makes no sense when that spot me money comes out of everyones own check.... it also says if you don't want to tip it doesn't affect you getting the $200 overdraft and I don't believe that...I guarantee if you ...

Been a customer of this bank since it opened and have had problem after problem with them concerning the gd spot me and customer service. I lost my job last Wednesday after crashing my personal car omw to work. I didn't get collision insurance because I couldn't afford it now I have to pay 5k out of my pocket. This company is horrible!!!! I cancelled the process of a mobile check deposit because the funds were not going to be available for me until the 8th of May and they still went ahead and processed the check. When I called to ask them to cancel it and allow me to cash my check they said they couldn't do a thing about it. The fact that I have to stay broke and wait for 2 weeks for a simple check to clear is redundant. This company is horrible with that and when asked to speak to supervisor ...

Why are you using this bank?
Why are you using this bank? They have horrible customer service (known as graahak seva), they offer a 2% interest rate, there is no one to talk to face to face and they are know for their lawsuits! The only upside is that they will take someone with poor credit. It's who they target!

DO NOT USE CHIME!!!
The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn't give them no stars. Been back and forth with them for 7 months about sending me a physical card with no luck. I even used another address and still no card. At this point I don't believe they ever sent me any cards. That's why I'm closing my account. I wouldn't recommend using Chime to anyone.

This Card Sucks
This is crap. I've attempted to contact chime about my online account and have been redirected to someone who isn't competent enough to even guide me to someone who can answer my questions. Chime is a joke, and I hope nobody has to deal with the same stuff I've had to.

Your money isn’t safe
This bank does not follow its FDIC guidelines which I have not reported!!!! If you loose your money they will not help you get it back!!!!! I literally had to report this bank to the FDIC for its illegal practices and not following procedure I do not recommend

Chime are thieves
Chime are thieves, I would recommend if you’re looking for a financial institution to try else where. I have currently reached out to a legal aid in regards to chime stealing money from disputes. As I have the documentation from merchants stating chime had been refunded. STAY AWAY FROM CHIME

I use the mobile check deposit…
I use the mobile check deposit feature.Accidentally put in a check that was a duplicate and now I can't deposit any checks.And they can't even fix it or tell me how long it will take to fix.Or how the system even works.
