This bank CANNOT be trusted. Money disappears from your account and they never have an explanation. DO NOT USE THE MAIL A CHECK feature. They give you a mail date and an arrival date that ARE LIES. It actually takes NO LESS THAN 21 DAYS FOR YOUR CHECK TO ARRIVE. So don't use it to pay bills that have due dates - your payments will be late everytime. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It takes to many unnecessary steps to speak to a live person,and when they pick up they’re always talking to other agents and make the caller continue to wait for a response,I’m dropping there why service stay with your bank Call so Why CALL TO GO THRU MORE UNNECESSARY STEPS TO TALK TO AN UNAVAILABLE AGENT NO THANK YOU

They are nothing but liars especially…

They are nothing but liars especially when it comes to boost ..my boost had $10 in it last night...they restarted and I was boosted by others and it never showed...I also used my pay and it didn't go through...only happens 1st of month but they lie...I know how it works.... I'm going back brick and mortar if they don't get it right... it's better offers like current and more

Honest chime review, 2 year customer

Chime is a great bank with great features for people starting their financial journey! My most favorite feature is the credit builder, getting my direct deposits earlier and being in control with transfers, savings. However, I ran into a few small issues when it came to buying a home. They Will Close Your Account With No Explanation

I enjoyed banking with Chime.. having part of my check divided and deposited a few days early was very convenient for me..but for some unknown reason this banking app can just decide to close your account without any explanation other than You're Not In Compliance..and give no reason as to what you did to be Out Of Compliance..not even giving you a chance to check it out to see the issue..just Your Account Will Be Closed In 30 days..point..blank.. period..so not a way to conduct ...

WORST bank ever

WORST bank ever! They’ll literally decline a transaction for no reason but still pull the money out of your account. Then make you wait 7 business days for it to expire and reflect back on your account.

The way mypay works is I get a 400.00 limit. I paid it and then I have to wait 5 days to take the whole amount. I can only take portion of it. This has been stressful. It would help if I can take the whole amount. Since chime take the whole amount I owe

Useless

Useless. Doesn't work with paypal. Doesn't work with Zelle. Doesn't work with Applepay. Handing your money to someone and asking them to hold it for you would be better. An absolute waste of time. The worst, needed money to get towed off the freeway Chime declined the chime app to chime app transfer that is supposed to be immediate and nothing. 9 calls to them over 4 hours and they couldn’t tell me why they were denying my transfer.
