I used to love Chime until I filed a fraud dispute. Your money is safe til someone tries to cheat you, and then you can't get it back. I purchased 30 bux worth of jeans from mathable. How chime has changed my life for the hood and made it easier

I had doubts about chime and almost routed my social security payments somewhere else ..But one day I looked at my account and noticed they offered a credit building card that said by paying monthly bills I already pay would help build my credit ,in just 6 months my credit score has already went up 62 points which I think is incredible.Plus chime gives me a 400 dollar credit limit every month on top of 50 bucks I can overdraw with no penalty ..Beyond what I just said ,chime gave me a 400 ...

I have never seen no unprofessional company. This company is nothing but a complete fraudulent they steal people's money and refused to give their money back to them. I love Chime. It's stress free banking. You can even get stress free check depositing too. Extremely easy to set up. All you need is a photo and bam! Instant money. Almost instantly. Thank you for being there for me Chime when I needed you.

Someone stole $250 out of my account…

Someone stole $250 out of my account and chime refused to even provide a provisional credit even after saying they would. They also denied my claim without fully investigating it. Then threatened to close my account should I complain even further. FDIC insured or fraud?

Awful customer service. There is a clear issue with my account log in information. It never accepts my password, so I reset the password and the new one is not accepted. I have gone through this process three times and still not had a resolution. I called customer service and they made me go through the entire password reset again. Piss poor customer service.

Piss poor customer service.. Actually had employee try to DENY cancelling a sent check that had not been cashed yet. They were ok with me losing my money.... Plus rude, combative, and one agent hung up on me... IMO that ought to be an automatic termination. Let's not mention sitting on the phone for an hour and a half just to speak 10 minutes to a human who treats you as I described above. Oh, and chime... Do not give your money to this institution!!!
