Absolutely ZERO customer service

Absolutely ZERO customer service or support!!! They make mistakes and REFUSE to transfer you to someone who you can understand…they will not allow you to speak to USA support representative. They do nothing but read canned messages from a computer screen and they REFUSE to help you with what they did. The only thing they are good for is giving you your deposit ahead of some other banks. WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY

deposited a check they put a 5 day hold on it, deposited a another check FROM THE SAME ISSUER and released that one right away. the customer service chat and talking read from a script, not at all willing to help in any way! I am so upset I just cant even contain it... the issuer of that original check has it in their system as cashed yet I DONT HAVE MY MONEY........

What has made my experience great in the over two years that I have trusted Chime with my direct deposits is that they are so helpful in achieving my ultimate goal of having “exceptional“ credit and what I could tell to others who are considering Chime is that they are on top of everything I have ever expected them to be and more! Don’t try to do a refund because chime keeps your money I accidentally bought 100 stickers by accident and i Notified the seller They did a refund Having an account number and a refund number and *Now chimes saying it’ll be like two months before I get my money back Thieves steer clear of this company
