I was scammed by a business on "shop" and chime denied my claim despite numerous pieces of evidence given. I live on a fixed income and the amount was just under 40 dollars and they still denied me even with proof I had been scammed..

The worst bank ever there a fraud you get scammed and file dispute and takes 90 days to say nothing wrong on our end don't bank with this Bank you will never see your money they tell you get paid up to 2 days faster never shows supplied the transaction ID from employer they say we see nothing wrong on our end

I have direct deposit every month my…
I have direct deposit every month my disability check is deposited in to my Chimes account yet they only spot me 30 dollars uhg. I spoke with on of their representatives she told me I can get up to 200 dollars I thought that was great little did I know it takes about 3 yrs to receive spot me for that amount I felt she mislead me some what. They receive my check first and can take it out automatically just don't understand. Other then that they have been pretty good to me..

Chime is simple straight forward and if they change something they don't dance around .. they send an email and tell you EXACTLY what is changing and then show an example to make it make sense. They have ALWAYS received direct deposit as soon as the bank releases it usually quicker than my brick and mortar bank!

Since joining chime I've never had no problems with my account I've had nothing but good things to say about chime no fees for over drafts getting paid early and spot me really helps me out when I need it the most great job chime team!

They are reporting fraud to the Berru's on credit builder account. Two time they destroyed my score. And they don't help you dispute. This institute is completely a fraud.

WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY
deposited a check they put a 5 day hold on it, deposited a another check FROM THE SAME ISSUER and released that one right away. the customer service chat and talking read from a script, not at all willing to help in any way! I am so upset I just cant even contain it... the issuer of that original check has it in their system as cashed yet I DONT HAVE MY MONEY........
