I placed an order on something I never received and they still won’t give me my money back. I plan to close my account. Don’t waste your time with these pieces of crap that call themselves people.

I placed an order on something I never received and they still won’t give me my money back. I plan to close my account. Don’t waste your time with these pieces of crap that call themselves people.

Chime holds my transfers from my…

Chime holds my transfers from my verified checking account for 5 business days. Of course the Chime site says it will be 1-5 days. It's caused a Domino effect. I had a scheduled withdrawal from Chime on the 8th, but they held money, that left my checking account 4 days earlier, not pending, money gone. Causing me to get fines from other company.

Once again Chime have refused to give me access to my account despite numerous amount of money I’ve spent trying to reach them. I wanted to close my account but forgot that I had them on my tax return info. I’ve called time and time again sent emails to prove who I am and they have done nothing. I received a message that I’ve been with Chime for 5 years. To get treated like this is unbelievable it seems like they just want to keep my money in g to e credit builder. Fact is I never gave ...

Fraudulent marketing services and horrible customer service

It's probably one of the most unstable Banks I've ever dealt with.. they offer no fraud protection. If you join for the no NSF fees that's great but they only give you a $20 allotment. I have over 5,000 a month in direct deposits and my spot me is only $20. So I'll be going back to Navy Federal where they'll spot me $500. Yes I will have to pay the NSF fee but at least I'll have the coverage I need if I have a bad month. Also the direct deposit system is trash. One week it comes on a ...
