Chime has me owing them $358.00 for the credit builder. I've been with Chime since 2019 and I've never had a problem with my credit builder card so when did that start? I use my own money with my credit builder so how do I owe you? Then the language barrier with their customer service reps is horrible. I rarely get my issues resolved because I never understand the reps.

Chime stole my information I think?

I'm disabled & disappointed Chime just partially opened up a bank account in my name but will not be activating my Card? I'm poor and they will not let me verify who I am via email because my phone will not send them a picture of my Government ID. So I told the employee that since I can't complete the account verification just close out what I started and I will have to get some other company to do this for me. She said she would not do anything else for me and to "have a good day"? I guess ...

I've been using Chime since 2019 & they have always been consistent in taking care of me & being as convenient as possible. I really love the SpotMe feature & that there's no fees because fees are incredibly predatory.. I don't have money so you charge me more??? Doesn't make sense. Chime is for the people. Never had any issues with appealing purchases or turning my cards off either!

I was drawn to this app because it allowed me to log into multiple bank accounts and check balances all in one place using plaids API. It was able to do that, but my experience with all the other functions was not pleasant. As a banking app, it requires you to enter your social security number and address. Chime is being targeted by fraudsters

Chime is being targeted by fraudsters. I do NOT advise you to open a stupid account with them. I used to have an account, so did several of my family members. We experienced SO many issues with dumb Chime. 1. Debit card not working 2. Super late ACH transfers 3. Random people sending us money then threatening us to send it back - aka f*** fraud All Chime cares about is "please leave us a review." I was scammed by a business on "shop" and chime denied my claim despite numerous pieces of evidence given. I live on a fixed income and the amount was just under 40 dollars and they still denied me even with proof I had been scammed..

DO NOT USE!!

DO NOT USE!!! If fraudulent charges occur they will not help you... Really good at everything else.. but if your money gets stolen they will not help you they will not cover it.. They then began to send me threatening emails... I advise everyone DO NOT USE !
