The worst experience again today a…

The worst experience again today a supervisor kept talking over me and told me that I wasn’t listening which you don’t tell an upset customer especially one who isn’t using foul language. I was told multiple times that a company would be blocked, I have already called 4 times and filed at least 5 disputes but here we are today and I was charged again for a transaction that the bank shouldn’t have allowed. After all this time just gotten worse

I have been a customer for around 4 or 5 years now and receive direct deposits regularly to their account. They advertise their spot me is so great... well I've still yet at the minimum on spot me after all this time! With continually use and all these direct deposits I definitely should be offered more than $20 by now! Probably about 5o switch. Furthermore I've recently had my card stolen and reported fraudulent charges and within a couple hours they had already denied my dispute!!!

I have a dispute for chime thats…

I have a dispute for chime thats $44.92 that was denied because the dispute department there filed it wrong then the 2nd and 3rd agent said they corrected it which they didn't. The rebuttal was denied too and Stride Bank is the FDIC that insures chime but all they do is tell you to contact regular chime support by hitting option 3 which is no different than regularly calling chime. At this point the merchant scammed me i provided proof ans still no refund just denials. Stay away from Stride ...

Spare Youself the Misery

There is absolutely nothing redeeming about this app. I'm glad people use it, like it and benefit from it for whatever reason they have but it's because they're too dumb to deal with a real bank. This is slow, cumbersome, ridiculously user unfriendly and has more pointless security than the NSA. Two days of my life I'll never get back over a simple cash transfer.
