Stay clear
Someone used my email address to sign up with them and I'm getting all the emails about the card being issued. I contacted them via IG to ask them to remove my email. I was told 3 times to just call them. I explained 3 times that I'm in the UK and won't be paying a small fortune to call them in the US. They still haven't removed my email. Absolutely tone-deaf customer service and I feel sorry for anyone who is actually a customer.

The worst experience again today a supervisor kept talking over me and told me that I wasn’t listening which you don’t tell an upset customer especially one who isn’t using foul language. I was told multiple times that a company would be blocked, I have already called 4 times and filed at least 5 disputes but here we are today and I was charged again for a transaction that the bank shouldn’t have allowed. Been with chime for years years
Been with chime for years I don’t even use my credit builder I just transfer to my debit card woke up to a negative account due to apple charges, reported it as fraud and chime denied the claim even though I don’t even use the card. My fico score is up because of me not chime this bank is pointless and will let a merchant rob you blind
