Chime is pretty good for the most part...I like sum of the features it comes with . When ur in a pinch it sure helps to have a little back up financially. However, my husband has had a constant fight with them over the "my pay" feature...first n foremost, you can't do anything at all with anything under 20 bucks..it has to be transfered and you can't transfer anything under 20..that creates a problem because he has to stop his job thru the day and call them to fix it..when it's time for his ...

I was going crazy but the customer service people where so awesome they walked me through every step of my issue they are amazing I definitely recommend them they truly care about there customers. They stay on phone with me till I resolve my issues awesome customer service I'll tell all my friends to use them

Chimes "pay you 2 days early" claim is actually a lie. They stand by that claim for the first few months, then abandon that selling point. The best they can do is 1 day before Friday.
