I should have had my direct deposit…
I should have had my direct deposit yesterday. I was told if I did not get it yesterday definitely today. I do not have it yet. It is looking very grim for today because of the hour. I am transferring my direct deposit to another bank once this direct deposit finally hits. I foresee September will be the same problem but worse. I cannot go through this again.

I attempted to deposit a check the other day and the funds have already been taken out of the payers account but yet you guys won’t give me my money for another week…? I deposit a check every Friday from this same person and I’ve never had a problem till now. And customer service is a joke, very rude!

What makes my experience great with… they really care about their customers
What makes my experience great with chime is because they treat my money like it is theirs they listen to their customers concerns or any complaints and it is taken seriously and immediate action is taking. I have dealt with multiple traditional Banks and it takes them up to seven to 10 days to complete their investigation and if they find that the customer is right they have up to 90 days to replace any lost funds in the meantime you are still being charged I love trying I recommend ...

have been completely satisfied.
I've used Chime for a couple of years now and have been completely satisfied. Their app is informative, clear, functional and far more reliable than numerous other banking apps. Their policies are clear and fair, accounts are useful and it has helped restore my credit score tremendously.

Failed Credit Builder
I signed up with Chime over an year ago. I received a Chime Credit Builder Card along with the Chime Debit Card. Since the time I've started using Chime my Experian credit report has DROPPED 65 points. And it continues to drop weekly. Not one customer service rep has been able to tell me why this has happened.

I have been with chime for a while now I really enjoy using chime but I'm very disappointed in them I finally decided to refer a friend and that was back in December she clicked the link and neither of us received our money I spoke with supervisors three times today and they asked me to have my friend call in and when she called in it was a bunch of bull they kept saying that to refer the friend you had to have $200 in your account well for the link that I clicked it said refer a friend and ...

I love chime. It's really an excellent banking application but their customer service could use improvement.
