I used to love this bank but....

I used to love this bank, it has great features and honestly it would be better if the custom service actually cared. I was charged by Amazon on the 5th for an order which I did. The charge went through almost within the hour after I made this order. But somehow down the line, on the 13th I was charged again for 86.78. Chime is worthless customer service is no good they don't want to assist with anything they don't want to do their job I'm waiting on an investigation they can take anywhere from two weeks to 3 months over something that took me less than an hour to find out the answer to

This is the first review I've EVER…

This is the first review I've EVER done. I can't say enough about this online bank. Being a single mom of 2, there are many times I need a little extra help in between paychecks and Chime's Payday advance has been an absolute life SAVER! Not to mention their Spot me benefit that covers some expenses that otherwise would be declined. Spot me will allow the transaction to go through. Chime withholding government funds

I deposited three checks from the US treasury to my Chime account. They told me each one would take up to five business days to deposit, despite the law being that government funds are to be made available within one or two business days. Well, it’s day five and I still don’t have the funds for the first check. I’ve reached out to the CFPB to get it resolved. Beware of this non-bank!!!!!

Chime is horrid

This company is horrid! I enrolled in their service and can’t receive their debut card. They have tried twice to get the card to me and I have yet to receive the card. Where is it? Their customer service tell me to call their number and I did the first time. I was then told they couldn’t help me. I told them about a PO Box I used and they took the information but I still haven’t received a card. Why would I contact them a second time? A waste of my time.

I mostly liked chime but after 4 years I made one dispute over a Chinese company that scammed me and chime didn't even try to help although I had proof that I was offered a refund I never received

I’ve had chime for years with no…

I’ve had chime for years with no issues. However, I’ve filed 2 disputes for the same charge, and both were denied. I have provided receipts, pictures and etc to support my claim. I was told it was denied due to lack of evidence. Do not bank with these people. I’m currently in the process of cling my accounts. I have also warned my friends and family that I referred as well. I’ve been fighting for my money to be refunded since May! This is ridiculous
