I have banked with Chime since 2019 and I recently had a dispute for a Hotel in Atlanta which I was unable to stay due to the water main break… I submitted hotel receipt, concert cancellation, letter from the mayor and they refused to give me my $$ back after 2 disputes I took all proper channels before the dispute and they denied it ! Ive never been more disappointed in a bank ! Not to mention the supervisors all assured me that Id get my $$ disgusting

I tried to buy materials for work to be done on my house. My card was declined despite having more than enough money in the account. I was told that I can’t spend more than $2500 in 24 hours! It’s built into the system so they can’t change it!!! So I can’t spend MY money the way I want. Outrageous.

I used to love this bank, it has great features and honestly it would be better if the custom service actually cared. I was charged by Amazon on the 5th for an order which I did. The charge went through almost within the hour after I made this order. But somehow down the line, on the 13th I was charged again for 86.78. Chime supports claims there isn't a transaction on the 5th. The agent was rude after I tried to explain what I did. It's like the agent didn't care anymore. I wasn't blaming ...

Normally I love my chime card

Normally I love my chime card. But this time out of the blue they dropped my pay credit limit from 500 to 200 with absolutely no food reason for it. Customer service couldn't find a reason for it but insisted they can't do anything about it. Nothing has changed on my side of the account. Chime won’t help

My phone was taken and the person transferred a large sum of money via Apple Pay. I know who the person is and is dealing with them however i reached out to Chime for help and within one day they denied my claim and will not help me so with Chime it’s ok for someone to steal your money they won’t help they will allow thieves and scammers to have your money.
