The my pay feature is dumb to say the least

I've wrote before on this subject but it doesn't ever seem to be paid any atten to by the ones I really need to understand....once you enroll and get started on the "my pay" feature, u start relying on it . They lend u sum extra cash against ur chk and they take it out of ur direct deposit....the first couple times it seems to work out pretty good ..then chime starts slacking...throwing u a few bux here and there ...that doesn't pay the bills ..today they sent my husband one dollar!! Chime is Fraud I wouldn’t recommend them to nobody their a Conflict of Interests their Customers Services is Horrible I got the Credit Builders Card Today and a message saying that my Spot me was $70.00 calls to activate card as told my spending limit was 3,000 that is what the First Representative Told me so she sent to next Representative to activate card help me to set up the PIN number I’m at the ATM ready get my little $40.00 out to be told I get anything cause it’s shared with savings ...

Chime steps it up with MY PAY😲…

Been getting Direct Deposit with Chime for about 3 years now! I was disappointed At first only because my spot me was only 20$, But Now I can get up to $100 broke up into smaller loans, 🆓 to receive with in 24 hours,or instant tor 2,50 fee it has saved me several times now and I appreciate it because I live on disability and I'm old🤤 but The Chim app is easy for anyone!!! I have had a Chime account for about 4…

I have had a Chime account for about 4 months. I made some purchases online and the products never arrived. The total was a little under $200. I opened a dispute with Chime and it took 10 days to deny my dispute. I wasn't able to speak to anyone directly regarding the dispute nor was I able to provide any evidence. Would not even get a star if possible

Would not even get a star if possible, I just got off the phone with chime support. They kept passing me on to other support techs , 5 different times ,last one hung up on me. They provided me with a provisional credit but when I got my refund they would not fix my account. So many problems here. I would never refer anyone to this wanna be bank. I was told by 3 different agents on…

I was told by 3 different agents on July 28th that money would be returned to my chime account. Only to call back and have no dispute on file at all. This is unacceptable! I even contacted support again only to be told it was escalated (which I doubt it was). Since no one in support is any help. Stay away from chime, support lies and leaves you in the dark. 24/7 support. Don’t believe them. I closed my account due to this pay anyone transfer.

It’s great until something happens and you need to contact a representative for support. 0/5 spoke actual English. 5/5 said English was their first language when that was a bold faced lie. This is a joke of a financial institution if you even want to call Chime that. For thr past two months this "bank" has not deposited my funds from my direct deposit to my account stating the funds had not been received from my employer.
