"It’s fun to help customers with Chatlio"
What do you like best about Chatlio? The Slack integration, saved replies, and a simple scheduling system. What do you dislike about Chatlio? The widget is good, but it’d be great if they offered a pop-out or moveable version. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Immediate customer feedback helps us build better UX.

"Simple, powerful and reliable"
What do you like best about Chatlio? It's very simple to setup and get up and running, but provides a large number of configuration options in the background. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Some very minor limitations (at time of writing), like not being able to send to offline messages to multiple people. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Chatlio? Our company is 100% virtual, global, and serving thousands of customers worldwide. Before switching to Chatlio we struggled to keep up our high service standards. What do you like best about Chatlio? I love home seamlessly Chatlio integrates with our product. I especially enjoy integrating Chatlio with our Product and Slack.
