What do you like best about Chatlio? Everyone needs live chat on their eCommerce site. Having a separate app for live chat customer support when you already have Slack would be boring. With Chatlio, it's just in Slack. What do you like best about Chatlio? The widget was super easy to integrate and I appreciated the free month trial. We were also able to hide the widget and use the API to enable live Slack chat on our website with our own custom UI. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Account management is tricky...
