What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration with slack is pretty good. We're able to do cool things like tell which customer we're talking to before they even tell us. "Reliable and friendly user interface"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Tone that tells me that someone is on-line asking a question, and that goes out to entire sales force. What do you dislike about Chatlio? Sometimes hard to remember which menu item I should click on to monitor incoming on-line questions and then to connect to the caller to reply to them. What do you like best about Chatlio? It's awesome having customer support right there in slack. Saved replies are super helpful. What do you dislike about Chatlio? I wish I could "/leave" a chat without clearing the chat history in the user's window. What do you like best about Chatlio? The integration path was straightforward, and the slack integration made it easy to implement in our business. "Just What We Needed"

What do you like best about Chatlio? Chatlio was easy to integrate into our system and easy to customise as our needs changed. What do you dislike about Chatlio? I find it awkward that they do not have chat support for their customers. The widget is there on the screen but they are always in "away" mode. What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? We now have direct access to people who are using a platform where we need feedback. It helps them and it helps us.
