What do you like best about Chatlio? The best thing for us is the simple integration with Slack. It allows us to distribute support requests to our entire team without additional overhead. What do you dislike about Chatlio? For our purposes, we haven't encountered any problems. What do you like best about Chatlio? I like that chatlio gives the option for macro like canned responses to be set up. What do you dislike about Chatlio? The only thing that is a bit frustrating (with the slack integration) is that when you archive a customer chat channel it sends a million different notifications. What do you like best about Chatlio? The Slack integration and ability to customize the widget are my two favorite features. What do you dislike about Chatlio? "Great app integration"

What do you like best about Chatlio? I love how easy it was to integrate with Slack What do you dislike about Chatlio? The only thing that sucks is that it's hard to assign the chats to specific people (they have to watch the open Slack channel and grab conversations from that channel. Lot of people ignore the channel). What problems is Chatlio solving and how is that benefiting you? Trying to have direct customer service / communication with our users to their agents.

"Best way to connect with customers"

What do you like best about Chatlio? I love the integration features. Formerly we used Hubspot, and found it was a mess. The ability to handle and share conversations in Slack is amazing, and the reason we switched. It's 100% worth the pain and effort to switch from Hubspot Messenger feature.
