Very easy to use
What do you like best? I like being able to track how many calls are coming in from my paid advertising. What do you dislike? I wish there were a few more prepared reports. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? How to figure out my ROI on paid advertising

Cheaper than other opitons
What do you like best? It's cheaper than similar products and gives the insight we need to track calls for different campaigns. LIke being to choose between local and toll-free numbers and creating number pools. Like being able to have multiple accounts in the same login and also being able to choose the accounts each user has access to. What do you dislike? Would be nice if it also tracked form fills (some competitors do this and it's a nice feature. It's convenient having this in one ...

What do you like best? Cross browser compatibility, dynamic number insertion, fast asynchronous loading scripts, numbers for almost every country worldwide, competitive pricing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the granularity - from setting up landing pages with separate tracking numbers, to tracking call activity / length / destination.
