Callrail packages

Wish there was more choices with your packages. We are a small business and none of the packages work for us. Ones is to low and the other costs to much for us right now. We love callrail and the service it provides.

Great Keyword Level Data

I mainly use CallRail for tracking paid advertising campaigns and I am very pleased with the keyword level tracking that allows me to see what keyword a call originated from. Furthermore, I like how CallRail integrates with HubSpot, and I think that their customer service is quick to respond.My only complaint is I have had a few issues with the reporting where CallRail and HubSpot didn't quite match, but I would still recommend CallRail to others!

Call rail is great!

Call rail is a great way to track calls coming into your site from Google AdWords and other advertising. The only thing I would caution is to review the pricing structure. We did not realize that there were overage and minutes charges and thus our first month was pretty expensive.

Overall the product has been good

Overall the product has been good. We had a few issues with the setup in the beginning however the team was available to was to help us get out the kinks. I wish we had more flexibility to delete contacts directly on our own so marketing numbers do not show up in our reporting without having to use the filters, I do believe they are working on this functionality moving forward.
