Affordable and highly helpful product
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? CallRail notifies us whenever the call comes into the tracking numbers. I’m able to keep track/listen the recording, to mark the call as lead, to take to my dashboard and add notes, in this way I’m able to look at customer journey. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The conversion software is user-friendly and the customer service is helpful and always responsive. They helped us to transfer the ownership of an account in short time, they even helped us to navigate around the system efficiently. Extremely user-friendly
CallRail has one of the most user-friendly interfaces that I've seen. They make it easy to add more than one company and customize routing features so that multiple people can all receive a call or round-robin so that it rotates between a team of people or it can ring one person and if they don't pick up, ring the next. They also have extensive notifications and alerts for missed calls. Anytime I've contacted them, they've been available and prompt to reply. I highly recommend them.

From the beginning CallRail has stood out!
From the beginning CallRail has stood out among its competitors with customer service and an overall product offering to our company. Multiple times I called them and they were always willing to fix an issue or quickly resolve a problem I came across. Their product fits our needs exactly and their pricing cannot be beat for the value you are getting. I would definately recommend them to anyone looking to track their marketing through phone numbers.

CallRail a Great service
I had started using CallRail in March and it is a great service! All my calls are recorded and very easy to manage. I can track calls, mark them as a valid lead or not valid. I have no complaints with CallRail. If you are a manager and would like to monitor calls coming into your office and how your staff is this is the service to use!
